You can view your Colne account online through MyTenancy. This secure system includes personal information about your tenancy, such as rent and service charge payments and any repairs you have reported. You can also view and update personal information about you and your household, as well as find out the contact details for your Neighbourhood Officer and how to get help with housing and rent account issues.


To enter the site, all you need is your username and password – if you have forgotten these, give Customer Services a call on 01206 244700 and they will be able to send you a reminder.
